Are you an authoirized dealer for the product you sell?

No, we are not a dealer for any of the products we sell.  We purchase our goods from dealers, distributors, and industry related organizations.  We purchase product in a quantity basis and are able to in most cases negotiate a great wholesale price for us to then pass the savings on to you the consumer.  The manufacturers of products we sell do not believe in free market trade, however, being we have no obligation to them we set our own prices.

Do you beat other store prices?

Yes, we will work on helping you to come as close or even lower than any one of our competitors pricing.  We will normally verify the lower price and also calculate any other charges associated with the competitors lower price (shipping fee’s, taxes, hidden charges, etc.) to make your experience with us a better than normal one.

Do the products you sell have a warranty?

Yes all products we sell come with an equivalent to manufacturer warranty for the same time duration as the manufacturer would supply you with.  If you ever experience an issue with your item purchased from us, you will simply have to contact us for repair or replacement on your product within the warranty time period*

Where do I enter in my promotion code on your website?

After you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, you may enter in the promotion code on the Shopping Cart page. The promotion code box is located above the Shipping Estimated Calculator, right below the Product name in cart field. All promotion codes are case sensitive, so be sure to match the case to get it to work.

Only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers.

How do I order from your website?

To order from Designeraudiovideo.com, you can live any where in the world, however, we only accept U.S. issued credit cards with a U.S. listed billing address and Canadian credit cards with billing info within Canada.  If you are outside of the U.S. or Canada we can accept your order but you will have to execute a bank wire transfer to pay for your order.

Can I order if I’m outside the United States?

Yes, you can order from our website and reside anywhere in the world, however, we are ONLY set up to accept credit cards that have a billing address in the United States and Canada.  If you reside within the U.S. and or Canada then you are ok to proceed to the checkout page using your credit or debit card.  All customers based outside of the U.S. or Canada must proceed at the checkout page using the BANK WIRE or Check/Money Order option.

How do I track my order?

All packages sent via UPS or USPS will have a tracking number assigned. If you selected FREE SHIPPING as your shipping method, you can contact us to find out your tracking number. Please note that it takes AT LEAST 3-5 business days after you place your order for the tracking number to be available from UPS on GROUND and FREE SHIPPING orders .

Shipment tracking is not available for packages shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) outside the U.S. The consumer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost or undelivered shipments directly with USPS if item(s) get lost when shipping outside the U.S.

Can I ship it to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, we can ship to an order other than where your billing address is, however, in some cases we may ask you to simply add that shipping address with your credit card company to provide additional security for both yourself and us.

Can I pick up at your store?

Unfortunately we do not offer any pick ups from any of our warehouse or office locations.  We keep a very simple warehouse operation which consists of stocking products and simply shipping them as an order is made with us.  The wholesale warehouse is not open to the general public.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment for online orders must be made with a Check, Money Order, Bank Wire Transfer(s) and all major credit card’s. We accept the following:

How does Designeraudiovideo.com ship products and what are the rates?

We use UPS (domestically) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for international. All orders are computer scanned for accuracy before leaving our warehouse. We offer FREE SHIPPING, however, please note that all orders that are selected using the free shipping method can take anywhere from 7-14 business days for delivery (or sooner).  We do offer faster and premium shipping options which can be selected at checkout via UPS which will get your order delivered to you sooner than the 7-14 business days that the free shipping option would.  Orders will be processed within 2-5 working days from time of receipt, except for those orders which expedited shipping has been selected. Our standard shipping is ground service. Most orders will arrive within 7-14 business days unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout.

I’m buying a gift for someone. What if they don’t like it?

We unconditionally guarantee all of our products at Designer Audio Video. Because of our commitment to quality, we believe we offer the finest audio and video products on the market today. We’re confident you’ll love our products. If for some reason you’re not satisfied, we will gladly help you find something to better suit your needs.  If the item has not been opened it can be returned within 7 days from the date is has been received according the UPS.  A refund can be granted if you request but it would be for minus the original shipping cost to you from us and a possible re stocking fee may apply (please see our store policy for details on Re-stocking fee’s).

Your Wish List is viewable only by friends and family you’ve invited to see it. To invite others to view your Wish List, log into your account and click on the Wish List link under My Account. Just fill out the Share Your Wish List form and we’ll send an email inviting your friends and family to see your list.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Free Shipping is always our gift to our client’s within the Continental U.S. only.  All other locations outside the Constinental U.S. please use the UPS shipping caluclator for detailed shipping.  If you prefer USPS (only customers outside of the U.S.) then you will have to email us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order.  We prefer NOT to use USPS to customers in Canada because the USPS only ships AIR to Canada and it is very expensive.
